Reception
Our reception has limited opening hours, but we always ensure a smooth check-in process. You will receive personal and detailed arrival information, including key collection instructions, by email prior to your stay.
Cleaning, Towels & Bed Linen
Upon arrival, you will be welcomed by a spotlessly clean apartment, carefully prepared by our professional housekeeping team. Your bed will be made with crisp, fresh linens, and soft towels will be ready for you.
For stays of 7 nights or more, weekly cleaning is included, along with a change of towels and bed linen. Upon departure, our staff will take care of all cleaning – all you need to do is relax and enjoy your stay.
Breakfast
Hotel Torslanda does not serve breakfast; however, every apartment comes with a fully equipped kitchen and complimentary coffee and tea facilities on arrival. For a delicious start to your day, Sockermajas Café – Torslanda’s most acclaimed café – is located right outside the hotel.
Pets
To ensure comfort and an allergy-friendly environment for all our guests, pets are unfortunately not allowed.
Extra Beds
Extra beds are available upon request and are offered at an additional charge.

Booking Rules & Restrictions

ID Requirement: In accordance with legal requirements, valid identification may be requested from the booking holder and all guests.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made no later than 48 hours prior to arrival (by 15:00 local time). Payment must also be completed within this timeframe. Payment details will be provided by our staff.

Party & Event Policy: The hotel reserves the right to decline bookings suspected to include parties, events, or activities that do not comply with our policies and house rules.

Linen & Towels: Provided upon arrival. For longer stays, weekly cleaning with linen and towel changes is included.
Security
The hotel is equipped with CCTV monitoring in public areas to ensure the safety of our guests and staff.
Long-Term Stays
For long-term bookings, cancellations must be made no later than 14 days before the arrival date.
