Reception
Our reception operates with limited opening hours. You will receive check-in information via email prior to your arrival.
Cleaning, Towels, and Bed Linens
Upon arrival, your apartment will be professionally cleaned, and you will have a freshly made bed along with clean towels. For stays of 7 nights or more, housekeeping will provide weekly cleaning, which includes fresh towels and bed linens. At check-out, the apartment will be cleaned by our housekeeping staff – no need for you to tidy up.
Breakfast
Hotel Torslanda does not offer breakfast. However, the apartments are fully equipped with kitchens and come with coffee and tea facilities for your convenience. Additionally, Torslanda’s best café, Sockermajas Café, is located just outside the hotel.
Animals/Pets
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed at Hotel Torslanda.
Extra Beds
Extra beds are available upon request and can be arranged for an additional cost.

Booking Restrictions & Rules
- Identification Requirement: In accordance with government regulations, the hotel may request ID from the booker and all guests staying at the hotel.
- Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before arrival (by 15:00 local time). Payments are also required within this timeframe. Payment details will be shared by our staff.
- Party and Event Policy: The hotel reserves the right to decline bookings suspected to involve parties, events, or any activity that does not comply with our rules and restrictions.
International Guidelines
- Check-In: From 15:00 on the day of arrival.
- Check-Out: By 11:00 on the day of departure.
- Quiet Hours: The hotel observes quiet hours from 22:00 onwards.
- Linen and Towels: Provided upon arrival. Weekly cleaning, including fresh towels and linens, is available for longer stays.
Security
The hotel uses camera surveillance in public areas to ensure the safety of guests and staff.
Long-Term Stays
For long-term bookings, cancellations must be made no later than 14 days before the arrival date.
